Real Leather · Contract Grade

Most dining chairs are dressed to look expensive. These are built to be — and built so retailers can 3x or more.

Real top-grain leather over a steel-reinforced frame, rated for commercial use. Five models, four leather colorways — available by the container or pick up single sets from our local stock.

Real Top-Grain Leather

Genuine leather where hands and bodies touch — not bonded vinyl that cracks and peels in year two.

Contract Grade Scaled for US Market

Built to the durability standard used for restaurants and hotels, and sized for American dining rooms — not the narrower proportions most imports arrive in.

Stocked In Four Leathers

Beige, Light Grey, Medium Grey and Mocha in stock across the line — plus 16 more leathers available to special order.

Container or Bulk

Buy a container of a single SKU for the lowest landed cost, or start smaller from in-stock inventory — either way there is room to 3x or more.

The Collection

Five chairs. One standard.

Every model below is the same build quality — real leather, contract-grade frame. Choose on silhouette, not on how long it will last.

Why Contract Grade Matters

The difference shows up in year three.

Leather that ages instead of failing

Bonded and PU-coated seating looks identical on day one, then cracks along the seat front and peels at the edges. Real top-grain leather softens and darkens instead — it looks better used than new.

Frames rated for commercial service

Contract grade means the frame and joinery are built for the abuse of a restaurant floor: constant sitting, dragging, and cleaning. In a residential dining room, that abuse never comes.

Built for a 3x markup or better

These are priced to be marked up three times or more and still sit right next to the competition — because it is genuinely commercial-grade leather, it holds that premium instead of being discounted down to fabric and faux-leather pricing. And it does not come back as a warranty claim.
